Job Title: Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) – Private Practice / No Weekends Location: Worthington, OH Schedule: Monday – Thursday (32 Hours/Week) Compensation: $46 - $54/hour (Based on Experience) + Production Bonuses About the Opportunity: We are a busy, privately-owned general dentistry practice in Worthington seeking a skilled Registered Dental Hygienist to join our team. The Schedule: Enjoy a 3-day weekend every week! Monday & Wednesday: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM Tuesday & Thursday: 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM Friday - Sunday: OFF What We Are Looking For: We need a provider who is confident in their clinical skills and comfortable co-diagnosing with the doctor. Because we are a busy practice, efficiency and time management are key, but never at the expense of patient connection. We will always place priority on quality of care over volume. Key Responsibilities: Perform comprehensive prophylaxis, periodontal maintenance, and scaling/root planing (SRP). Take high-quality digital radiographs and intraoral photos. Sealants, application of fluoride varnish, etc. Co-Diagnosis: Partner with the doctor to identify restorative needs (crowns, fillings) and confidently discuss them with the patient. Execute rigorous infection control and sterilization protocols. Maintain accurate clinical notes. Remain professional and respectful with patients and fellow team members. Qualifications: All experience levels are welcome! Valid State of Ohio Dental Hygiene License. Radiology Certificate. A t Local Anesthesia Certification. Current CPR/BLS Certification. Why Join Us?
