If you can think on your feet, explain treatment clearly, take excellent X-rays, and assist in high-quality crown procedures â you will fit right in. What Weâre Looking For Minimum Requirements (non-negotiable): 5+ years of dental assisting experience in a private practice setting Strong ability to explain treatment plans and answer patient questions Skilled in taking accurate intraoral X-rays Experience assisting in crown procedures (digital preferred) Ability to stay focused, organized, and calm in a busy environment Professional, dependable, punctual, and drama-free Primary Responsibilities Assist chairside for all restorative and cosmetic procedures Take clear, diagnostic intraoral X-rays Prepare teeth and assist in crown fabrication and delivery Review treatment plans with patients and help them understand procedures Maintain sterilization, operatory setup, and daily clinical flow Support the doctor with efficiency and accuracy Provide excellent patient communication and comfort Ideal Candidate The ideal assistant is: Fast, focused, and proactive A strong communicator who can explain treatment with confidence Detail-oriented and skilled with hands-on procedures Dependable, mature, and able to work independently Comfortable in a high-standard private practice Schedule & Compensation Full-time position Competitive pay based on experience Monthly bonuses Professional, supportive environment focused on excellence How to Apply Please submit your resume with your years of experience clearly listed.
