Why You’ll Love It Here: Recently remodeled, modern workspace with the latest dental technology A fun, fast-paced environment that feels fresh every day A supportive doctor and team who believe in teamwork, growth, and quality care True work-life balance — no nights, no weekends, consistent hours Full benefits for full-time team members, including 2 weeks PTO and paid holidays What You’ll Be Doing: Be the captain of the patient experience — make every patient feel cared for, comfortable, and informed Prep rooms, instruments, and materials efficiently before each appointment Deliver top-tier 4-handed dentistry assistance during a variety of procedures including general, cosmetic, and surgical care Maintain strict sterilization and infection control protocols (OSHA/HIPAA compliant) Educate patients with post-op instructions and oral hygiene guidance Accurately chart, update records, and use digital dental software (CareStack preferred) Assist with ordering and stocking clinical supplies Help keep our days running smooth with strong organization, communication, and teamwork Who We’re Looking For: A confident, experienced Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) who brings positive energy to the room At least Current X-ray certification (Required) Completion of an accredited dental assisting program (Preferred) Strong understanding of dental software and digital workflows Bonus if you have EFDA certification or additional training — we love to support growth!
