Salary is negotiable depending on experience and experience is a must. Duties Assist dentists during examinations and procedures by providing chairside support and ensuring the comfort of patients. Prepare and sterilize instruments and equipment following strict infection control protocols. Take and develop X-rays, ensuring compliance with safety standards. Maintain accurate medical records and documentation in accordance with HIPAA regulations. Perform four-handed dentistry techniques to enhance efficiency during procedures. Educate patients on oral hygiene practices and post-operative care instructions. Manage appointment scheduling and assist with front desk duties as needed, including medical documentation and coding.
