Key Responsibilities Assist the dentist during a variety of treatment procedures, including exams, fillings, crowns, and more. Prepare treatment rooms, ensuring all instruments and materials are ready and sterilized. Greet and comfort patients, helping to alleviate any anxiety and ensuring a positive experience. Take and develop X-rays and impressions. Educate patients on post-operative care, oral hygiene, and preventative practices. Collaborate with the team to maintain a clean, safe, and fun work environment. What We’re Looking For Experience: 1+ years of dental assisting experience preferred but not required. Certification: Dental Assistant certification and radiology certification required within the first 3 months of working. Personality: Outgoing, positive, and enthusiastic with a strong desire to make patients feel at ease. Skills: Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a commitment to teamwork.
