WE NEED A GENERAL DENTIST TO JOIN OUR DENTAL FAMILY!!! We have an amazing team in our Dowling Park location, and the only thing missing is---- YOU! We have incredible office hours of 8a-5p Monday-Thursday! We are closed every weekend and all major holidays. We offer 401K, dental, vision, health, and life insurance plans. Our Tallahassee location is a privately owned office with state-of-the-art technology. We are looking for a tenured general dentist passionate about dentistry who puts patient needs first and has a compassionate disposition. The general dentist will have access to an average of 300-400 new patients a month. This location is comprised of FFS and PPO patients ONLY, with no Medicaid/Medicare acceptance. The compensation package is based off PRODUCTION and there is no deduction for the doctor's lab bills. The average full time doctor produces $100k monthly, and easily brings home over $300,000 a year. Student loan reimbursement is also available!!! General Dentist Responsibilities & Duties: Fixing or removing damaged teeth Filling cavities Performing exams and evaluating x-rays to determine a patientâs health Developing treatment plans to deal with any dental health issues Administering or prescribing medications to decrease pain and improve patient health Interacting with patients and instruct them on proper oral care Measuring and fitting dental appliances Referring patients to a specialist if needed General Dentist Skills & Requirements Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctor of Medicine in Dentistry (DMD) degree from a dental program accredited by the Commission on Dental Accreditation A state of Florida license to practice dentistry Patience when dealing with patients Ability to communicate with patients regarding their health and care Good attention to detail Able to work with hands in small spaces Good problem-solving skills Job Type: Full-time Pay: From $300,000.00 per year Benefits: 401(k) 401(k) matching Dental insurance Health insurance Paid time off Relocation assistance Experience: General dentistry: 1 year (Preferred) License/Certification: State of Florida Dental License (Required) Work Location: In person
