Job Description Dental Assistants are an integral member of our team and help foster our clinically led culture. From being the doctor’s right hand, to having the ability to connect with patients, and striving to provide the best patient experience, Dental Assistants are a key contributor to the success of our practice. Work Schedule: Monday: 7:30am-5pm Tuesday: Off Wednesday: 7am-3pm Thursday: 7:30am-5pm Friday: 7:30am-3pm Key Responsibilities Assist the dentist during a variety of treatment procedures while helping patients feel comfortable Set up and breakdown operatory post treatment Take dental radiographs (x-rays) Manage infection control by preparing and sterilizing instruments and equipment Provide patients with follow-up instructions following all dental treatment procedures Educate patients on appropriate oral hygiene strategies to maintain oral health Qualifications Working experience with Dentrix knowledgeable Itero camera experience Prior Dental Assistant experience 1 - 2 years highly preferred Dental Assistant Certificate where state regulations specify X-ray certification where state regulations specify By joining our team, you will have: Time Off: Up to 3 weeks PTO + 8 Paid Holidays (PTO rolls over!)
