Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Dentist to join our dental practice. The ideal candidate will provide comprehensive dental care to patients of all ages, with a focus on pediatric dentistry and general dentistry. This role requires strong clinical skills, excellent patient care abilities, and a commitment to maintaining the highest standards of dental practice. The Dentist will work collaboratively with the dental team to ensure optimal patient outcomes and satisfaction. Responsibilities Conduct thorough patient assessments and evaluations to determine appropriate treatment plans. Perform a variety of dental procedures including but not limited to general dentistry, oral surgery, endodontics, prosthodontics, and dental extractions. Utilize four-handed dentistry techniques to enhance efficiency during procedures. Maintain accurate medical documentation and medical records in compliance with HIPAA regulations. Ensure infection control protocols are followed in accordance with aseptic techniques. Educate patients on oral health practices and preventive care measures. Collaborate with dental hygienists and assistants to provide high-quality patient care. Stay updated on advancements in dental technology and techniques, including medical imaging and dental fabrication. Requirements Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctor of Medicine in Dentistry (DMD) degree from an accredited institution. Valid state dental license to practice dentistry. Experience with dental software systems such as Epic, Eaglesoft, or Dentrix is preferred. Strong knowledge of dental terminology, anatomy, and medical terminology. Previous experience in a dental office or clinic setting is highly desirable. Proficiency in pediatric dentistry practices is a plus.
