Permanent Dental Hygienist Job in Salem, VA
We are looking for a dedicated Dental Hygienist to join our growing practice. We have an immediate opening to fill a part time position, for 2 or 3 days a week (MTWThF). Additional hours are available. Hours are flexible. Our office is fully digital and we provide basic dental care. Experience is preferred but not required, positivity is a must, and salary is negotiable based on experience. Dental Hygienist Duties and Responsibilities · Has a positive attitude and is enthusiastic about high-quality dentistry · Take x-rays of patientsâ teeth when necessary and display results for the dentist · Preform prophy with ultrasonic and hand instruments · Preform sterilization of hygiene instruments · Be able to work with Open Dental Software · Educate patients on good oral hygiene habits · Restock treatment areas and monitor inventory Dental Hygienist Requirements and Qualifications · Possess a strong commitment to patient care, patient health and quality work · Virginia Dental Hygiene license · Attention to detail · Positivity Job Types: Full-time, Part-time Pay: From $44.00 per hour License/Certification: Registered Dental Hygienist (Preferred) Work Location: In person
