Come join our state-of-the-art, fully-digital, fee-for-service practice in the wonderful town of Woodstock, IL. We are located 60 miles northwest of Chicago. Adjacent to the historic Woodstock Square. City Square Dental is seeking a highly motivated individual who is a team player and will strive to make their patientâs dental health their top priority. Our state of the art facility includes the latest technology including Cerec PrimeMill and PrimeScan, Dentrix, Orthophos-S CBCT, Digital X-rays in a warm and family-friendly atmosphere. Any addition to our team must meet these requirements: · Motivated and organized with attention to detail in a fast-paced, upbeat environment · Ability to communicate in a positive and respectable manner · Open minded to new systems, protocols, technology · Dedicated to providing ethical dentistry Schedule: 3-5 days per week, 8-10 hour shifts Salary: $120,000-$400,000, negotiable, guaranteed minimum for six months Benefits: · Health Insurance · Matching 401K · Yearly CE reimbursement · Commission pay · Malpractice Insurance Reimbursement What we need from you: · Curriculum Vitae · 1-2 hrs for interview · 5 dental cases with before and after photos (2 restorations, crown, extraction, and 1 of your choice) Job Types: Full-time, Part-time Pay: $120,000.00 - $400,000.00 per year Benefits: 401(k) Health insurance Professional development assistance Work Location: In person
