Present treatment plans clearly using a best-option / second-option framework Build trust with patients and deliver a high standard of care Work closely with treatment coordinators to maximize patient acceptance and same-day dentistry Maintain accurate, timely clinical documentation Contribute to a positive, team-oriented practice culture Qualifications DDS/DMD degree from an accredited dental school Active state dental license (or ability to obtain) Comfortable with bread-and-butter dentistry; willingness to learn advanced procedures Strong communication and interpersonal skills Patient-focused with a desire for long-term growth Schedule Flexible schedules: Full-time or part-time options Office hours M-Th 8:30-5:30; Fri 8:00-4:00 Pay: From $750.00 per day Work Location: In person
