Summary We are seeking a skilled Dentist to join our team at Artico Dental + Kids. This position will play a crucial role in delivering high-quality dental care to our patients, ensuring their comfort and satisfaction while promoting oral health. This position rotates to our 3 clinics. the home office for this application is for our Dallas office located in the Lake Highlands area. Our other 2 offices are located in Duncanville and Mesquite. Monthly schedules will be provided so doctors will know ahead of time where they will work on each day. We do this so we can have our doctors at the most productive office each day for best compensation Procedures we do: Our doctors perform their own hygiene procedures on patients including prophys and S/RP's leading to higher compensation Pediatric procedures we do include but are not limited to fillings, stainless steel crowns, pulpotomies, extractions, and space maintainers Adult procedures we do is standard general dentistry. This includes, in addition to hygiene, but is not limited to fillings, crowns, three unit bridges, simple and surgical extractions We do have specialty days for root canals and wisdom teeth extractions by a separate doctor but all our doctors are welcome to do these procedures as well if properly trained Responsibilities Perform comprehensive dental examinations and assessments for patients of all ages. Diagnose and treat dental conditions Maintain accurate medical records and documentation for each patient visit. Educate patients on oral hygiene practices and preventive care. Stay updated on the latest advancements in dental technology and techniques. Requirements Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctor of Medicine in Dentistry (DMD) degree from an accredited institution. Valid state dental license to practice dentistry Experience in pediatric dentistry is a plus but not required. Excellent communication skills and a compassionate approach towards patient care.
