Your role helps set the tone for the entire visit. Warmly greet and check patients in and out Answer phones and help parents with questions Schedule, confirm, and adjust appointments Share treatment cost estimates and insurance basics with compassion Provide referrals when needed Keep patient records organized and accurate Make families feel cared for, heard, and supported What We’re Looking For You may be a great fit if you: Have at least 1 year of dental or medical administrative experience (preferred, but we will warmly welcome the right fast learner!)
