Versatile Dental Assistant & Office Specialist: Join Our Smiley Family! Your Hybrid Role & Contribution: This unique position requires a genuine self-starter who can transition seamlessly between duties as needed: Clinical Excellence (Back Office): Assist dentists and prepare the operatory for each patient. Prepare treatment rooms with the necessary instruments, materials, and supplies. Provide chair-side assistance for each dentist Manage sterilization, and instrument management Take radiographs (X-rays). Measure blood pressure, pulse, and other relevant health metrics prior to procedures. Maintain a clean and organized clinical environment by strictly following infection control standards and proper aseptic techniques. Administrative Support (Front Office): Comfortably manage the flow of the front desk, including answering phones, scheduling appointments, and verifying insurance eligibility. Check and reply to team emails Assist with light billing and financial coordination.
