Our work environment includes: Modern office setting Growth opportunities Responsibilities: -Assist the dentist during various dental procedures -Prepare and sterilize dental instruments and equipment -Take and develop dental x-rays (Scan X, Panorex) -Prepare and maintain patient records (Chart Notation) -Provide patient education on oral hygiene and post-operative care -Assist with ordering/maintaining dental supplies -Assist with Instrument sterilization (UltraClave, UltraSonic) -Assist with dental lab tasks, such as CAD/CAM design and fabrication -Assist with Trios Scanner procedures (Crown, Bridges, Night Guards) -Assist with daily clean up (Vacuuming, trash removal, setting up for next day) - Multifunctional (Able to handle multiple tasks at once) Skills: - Calm demeanor - Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written - EFDA (Expanded Function Dental Assistant) - Strong attention to detail and organizational skills - Knowledge of dental terminology, procedures, and materials - Reliable and accountable Job Type: Full-time Pay: $25.00 - $28.00 per hour Expected hours: 35 – 45 per week Benefits: On-the-job training Experience: Dental assisting: 2 years (Required) Ability to Commute: Damascus, MD 20872 (Required) Work Location: In person
