Our beautiful and new state of the art pediatric dental office is under construction in Arbutus and we are looking for an energetic and highly-motivated part time dental assistant (3 days a week) who is passionate about helping people solve problems and improve their lives to join our team and start in the 2nd week of March. There will be potential to transition into a full-time dental assistant role as practice expands. As a member of our team, there will be great training and opportunities for continuing education. We will constantly strive to improve ourselves and our patient experience together as a team. Consistent and thoughtful communication between all team members will be vital to our success to ensure everyone is on the same page regarding their job description and responsibilities. Open door policy. New, creative, and out of the box ideas are always welcome, and encouraged to help grow our vision and improve patient care. Applicants should have a minimum of 2-3 years dental assisting experience in pediatrics. Should be x-ray certified and maintain CPR certification. The ideal candidate will be willing to help in any area of the practice when necessary and willing to learn new procedures and new, innovative ways of doing things.
