Dental Hygienist - AllClear Dentistry - Columbia, MD

We are looking for a well-rounded and experienced dental hygienist to join our team! We are an established, family oriented, general dental practice in Columbia, MD. The office is a family owned, fee for service practice, with no corporate ties. Our office hours are Monday thru Thursday from 9:00AM-5:00PM. The practice philosophy is to establish relationship based care for our patients to tailor treatment to their individual needs. We don't believe in operating under strict production goals or minimums. Our hygienists have 1 hour appointments for routine maintenance appointments where more time can be scheduled for scaling/root planing and new patient appointments. The entire team breaks for a one hour lunch in the middle of the day. We are looking for someone to come on board for 2.5-3 days of clinical care. The work schedule can be made to be flexible - happy to discuss and! There is opportunity for expanding the role to include more days/hours as the practice expands.
