At least one year of experience as a dental assistant preferred ( CDA,RDA) but willing to train the right individual. Must have excellent people and verbal skills, computer entry skills and be willing to learn new skills. If not licensed, employer willing to help the employee to obtain their RDA license if desred. 32-36 hours, Monday- Thursday, Summary As a Dental Assistant, you will be integral to providing high-quality dental care and ensuring a smooth workflow in the practice including lab work, instrument sterilization and communication with dental labs. Working with the dentist, you will utilize your core skills in chairside assisting, dental terminology, and aseptic techniques to support patient procedures. Your premium skills in EMR systems and X-ray will enhance patient management and care. Additionally, your relevant skills in dental documentation will contribute to a comprehensive patient experience.
