We care about our patients and their families, and we need a compassionate, skilled Pediatric Dental Assistant to help make every visit fun, safe, and efficient. What You’ll Do: Assist the pediatric dentist chairside during procedures like fillings, extractions, pulpotomies, and cleanings Help children feel comfortable using age-appropriate communication and behavior management techniques (tell-show-do, distraction, nitrous oxide monitoring) Take digital and traditional pediatric X-rays Sterilize instruments, disinfect play areas, and follow strict infection control protocols Educate parents on dental care, treatment plans, and oral hygiene Collaborate with the dental team to maintain a smooth workflow in a fast-paced, high-volume pediatric environment What We’re Looking For: Current RDA or CDA certification CPR certification Experience working with children in dental or medical settings Experience in a fast-paced, high-volume pediatric office preferred Knowledge of pediatric behavior management techniques Bilingual (English/Spanish) a must Excellent communication, multitasking, and customer service skills Why Join Us: Work in a child-friendly, 5-star pediatric practice Collaborative, supportive team environment On-the-job training and professional growth opportunities Competitive compensation and benefits Job Type: Full-time Pay: $20.00 - $26.00 per hour Expected hours: 40 per week Benefits: Dental insurance Health insurance Paid time off Work Location: In person
