We serve a high-volume patient base and need a skilled, bilingual RDA to help keep our office running smoothly. What Youâll Do: Assist dentists chairside during procedures (fillings, crowns, root canals, extractions, etc.) Take digital and traditional X-rays Sterilize instruments and follow infection control protocols Manage electronic patient records and scheduling Provide excellent patient care and support, especially for anxious or upset patients Collaborate with the dental team to maintain efficiency What Weâre Looking For: Current RDA certification and CPR-certified Bilingual (English/Spanish) Experience in a fast-paced, high-volume dental office preferred Strong clinical skills and patient care focus Excellent communication, multitasking, and customer service skills Why Join Us: Work in a 5-star, patient-centered practice Collaborative team environment On-the-job training and growth opportunities Job Type: Full-time Pay: $18.00 - $24.00 per hour Expected hours: 40 per week Work Location: In person
