About Us:. Join a 5-star dental practice team working with a traveling pediatric dentist, serving children across five Dallas locations. This role is perfect for a flexible, skilled Pediatric Dental Assistant who loves working with kids and thrives in a fast-paced, high-volume environment. What You’ll Do: Assist the traveling pediatric dentist chairside during procedures like fillings, extractions, pulpotomies, and cleanings Ensure children feel comfortable using behavior management techniques (tell-show-do, distraction, nitrous oxide monitoring) Take digital and traditional pediatric X-rays Sterilize instruments and maintain proper infection control across multiple office settings Educate parents on their child’s dental care and treatment plans Collaborate with the traveling dental team to maintain efficiency in a fast-paced, multi-location workflow What We’re Looking For: Current RDA or CDA certification CPR certification Experience working with children in dental or medical settings Ability to travel across multiple offices in Dallas Strong clinical, multitasking, and patient communication skills Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus Why Join Us: Work with a dynamic, traveling pediatric dental team Exposure to multiple office environments and learning opportunities Competitive pay and professional growth Job Type: Full-time Pay: $20.00 - $26.00 per hour Expected hours: 40 per week Benefits: Dental insurance Health insurance Paid time off Language: Spanish (Preferred) License/Certification: Registered Dental Assistant (Preferred) Work Location: In person
