Responsibilities: Provide chairside assistance during dental procedures, ensuring patient comfort and efficient workflow. Prepare and maintain treatment rooms, sterilize instruments, and ensure a clean, organized workspace. Perform clinical tasks, including taking dental radiographs (X-rays), alginate impressions, and lab duties. Engage with patients to provide clear oral hygiene education and post-treatment care instructions. Help manage administrative duties, including scheduling, payment processing, phone support, and patient record management. Maintain inventory supply to ensure adequate stock levels. Accurately document patient chart notes (Open Dental). Collaborate with the team to deliver seamless patient care and maintain a positive workplace. Adhere to WISHA, HIPAA, and infection control regulations. Qualifications: Valid Washington State Dental Assistant registration. CPR/BLS Certified Strong interpersonal skills and a compassionate, patient-focused attitude. Ability to work efficiently and be self-motivated. Proficiency with dental software and computer programs. Team player with excellent communication and organizational skills.
