Lead General Dentist â Commerce, MI We are seeking a dedicated Lead General Dentist to join our team and continue the strong legacy built by Dr. Maassarani in this successful, well-established practice. The ideal candidate is clinically confident, patient-focused, and experienced in a broad scope of general dentistry. Position Overview: This role is perfect for a dentist who is comfortable performing a wide range of proceduresâincluding restorative dentistry, endodontics, crown and bridge, dentures, and extractionsâwhile maintaining a high standard of care. Strong treatment planning skills and the ability to build trust and long-lasting relationships with patients are essential. We are looking for a doctor who understands practice growth, values same-day dentistry opportunities, and is committed to expanding and elevating the patient experience.
