Registered Dental Hygienist – Join Our Small, Supportive Team (M–Th) About Us We’re a small, well-established dental practice in downtown Seattle with a warm, easygoing atmosphere and a loyal patient base. Our team is friendly, collaborative, and genuinely enjoys working together. Many of our patients have been with us for years, and we pride ourselves on providing care that is thorough, unrushed, and centered around comfort. We’re looking for a caring, detail-oriented Registered Dental Hygienist to join us as we expand to two hygienists. What You’ll Do Provide 1-hour hygiene appointments (no production pressure) Perform comprehensive cleanings, periodontal maintenance, assessments, and patient education Review medical histories and take vitals when needed Take digital X-rays and follow strong infection-control protocols Document thoroughly in Dentrix Collaborate with our dentist and assistant to create a smooth, consistent patient experience Maintain a calm, positive, and professional environment for our patients Who You Are A Registered Dental Hygienist licensed in Washington Someone who values kindness, communication, and quality over speed Comfortable managing your own schedule and working independently Tech-savvy and familiar with digital charting (Dentrix experience is a plus) A team player who helps out when needed and keeps the day moving smoothly Enjoys connecting with patients and helping them feel informed and at ease Why You’ll Love Working Here Looking for a hygienist two days a week — whichever two days work best for you (Mon–Thurs, 8–5) Friendly, low-drama team A dentist who is supportive, collaborative, and patient-focused Long-term patients who appreciate good care Stable office with very low turnover ORCA transportation card On-site gym + locker room PTO, sick time, and in-office dental benefits If you want to work in a place where the days are smooth, the patients are kind, and you’re treated as a valued professional — we’d love to meet you.
