*Overview* Our practice is growing! We're looking for a full-time Registered Dental Hygienist to care for our patients. We are a small, single doctor, fee-for-service practice with long-term team members and patients. Many of our patients have trusted us with their dental needs for over 25 years! Our hygiene team at Emerald Peak Dental strives to build meaningful, lasting relationships with each patient, focused on providing quality preventive care and education. We provide comprehensive dental care to patients of all ages, with emphasis on implants and prosthetic dentistry. Our hygiene operatories are equipped with EMS AirFlow and Piezon technologies, allowing our providers to give each patient the most gentle and thorough cleaning experience. This is a full-time position with flexible scheduling. Competitive and flexible pay options available, including hourly, commission, or hybrid. Whether you're well-seasoned or newly graduated, we're excited to hear from you! *Responsibilities* - Perform dental cleanings and periodontal therapy - Educate patients on oral hygiene techniques and dental conditions - Take dental x-rays - Maintain and update patient dental records -Work in a clinical setting, ensuring cleanliness and organization - Work collaboratively with the dental team to provide excellent patient care - Strong communication skills and ability to confidently educate patients on oral health practices - Familiarity with Dentrix and Dentrix Smart Image is a plus, but not required Job Type: Full-time Pay: From $65.00 per hour Expected hours: 32 â 40 per week Benefits: Dental insurance Flexible schedule Paid time off License/Certification: Registered Dental Hygienist (Required) Ability to Commute: Anchorage, AK 99518 (Required) Ability to Relocate: Anchorage, AK 99518: Relocate before starting work (Required) Work Location: In person
