Our office offers a range of high-quality dental services- from routine teeth cleanings to complex procedures including implants and orthodontics. Our Team strives to provide exceptional lifetime care for our patients. To provide this level of care, we know we must hire and grow team members who will support the business and clinical needs of the dental office and foster a strong team culture. Responsibilities include but not limited to: Greet and welcome patients from the start of their dental journey, as well as sustain patient comfort and provide appropriate education throughout treatment Assist with chairside support during various procedures, including exams, surgery, and complex treatments Take x-rays, 3D images, and the ability to make high quality impressions; assist with diagnostics and clinical documentation Prepare and sterilize instruments, ensuring strict OSHA and infection control, safety and regulatory standards Educate patients and Explain treatment procedures; seek clarification and understanding from patients Manage treatment room prep and post-care, following OSHA and infection control protocols Support patients in achieving treatment goals and maintaining progress.
