Expanded Function Dental Assistant (EFDA) — Rockstars Wanted! $1,000 Sign On Bonus available for qualifying candidates*. This is a full-time position of Monday – Thursday. Your Role as an EFDA: At our Mountain Grove location, you’ll partner closely with providers to keep the day on time and the dentistry impeccable. You’ll perform expanded functions per your active Missouri permits, while modeling best-in-class infection control and patient communication. What you’ll do (scope may vary by permit/doctor direction): Place, contour, and finish direct restorations; place bases/liners; cement temps. Take final impressions/cord pack for fixed prosth (as permitted); fabricate/adjust temps. Chairside excellence: room turnover, instrument flow oversight with the sterile tech/DA team, digital radiography, charting, and patient education. Keep ops humming, anticipate needs, communicate clearly, and protect the schedule. Must have: Active Missouri EFDA License(s) and comfort working in a fast-paced clinical setting.
