As a critical part of our care delivery, you’ll serve as the primary source of periodontal education and therapy. Key Responsibilities Align with and support the practice’s clinical philosophy Implement office policies, procedures, and clinical processes Comply with all state and federal dental regulations Serve as the lead educator on periodontal health Diagnose and treat oral health conditions using AI, intraoral imaging, and radiographs Educate patients on oral hygiene, preventive care, and overall wellness Maintain accurate, up-to-date patient records Work toward and achieve daily production goals Qualifications Current California RDH license 1–2 years of experience preferred (not required) Experience with dental software such as Dentrix, Eaglesoft, Open Dental, or Dental Intelligence is a plus Why Join Us?
