What You’ll Do Welcome every patient with a confident, friendly, and caring presence Create an outstanding patient journey—from check-in to check-out Present treatment plans clearly and help patients understand the value of recommended care Review financial options, assist with billing, and manage collections Direct and optimize the daily schedule for maximum productivity Support internal marketing efforts and maintain a positive practice image Assist with social media posting to highlight our culture and services Key Qualifications A great smile and upbeat, confident personality Exceptional customer service and communication skills. Comfort with KPI dashboards and performance tracking. Proficiency in Google Workspace (Gmail, Drive, Docs, Sheets, Calendar) Familiarity with AI tools. Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Experience presenting treatment plans and discussing finances. Numbers-savvy, goal-oriented, and comfortable working toward production/collection targets. Sales or case acceptance experience (preferred) Ability to multitask and keep the schedule running smoothly. Social media posting or content creation experience is a plus.
