we are looking for a high-performing treatment plant coordinator who knows how to turn consultations into Revenue , follow-ups into yeses, and hesitant patience into a scheduled treatment.

this is not a passive front-desk role

 This is a sale position in a clinical environment and we want someone who loves the CHASE, loves the CLOSE,and Loves the WIN 

We seek a dedicated professional with solid technical foundations and strong interpersonal skills. The successful candidate will demonstrate reliability, attention to detail, and the ability to balance independent work with collaborative efforts. if you have recieved any training by closing institute ( progressive ) or MGE or scheduling institute we would love to meet you.

YOUR MISSION :

• present treatment plans with Clarity, confidence, and persuasion while truely care what is best for the patient
• convert leads, enquiries and consults into booked +paid treatments 
• meticulous and consistent follow up Pipelines to close cases ( be systematic in your approach)
• overcome objections with ease ("I need to think about it "   it is just the beginning)
• guide patients through financial options and secure commitment on the spot by removing all obstacles 
• connect emotionally and help patients make the best decisions for themselves
