Temporary Position 4-6 Months Dental Receptionist / Front Desk in Yorba Linda, CA

Who We’re Looking For
We are seeking a highly motivated Dental Receptionist / Front Desk Coordinator for a 4–6 month maternity leave coverage position, beginning February. The ideal candidate must be an excellent multi-tasker who can thrive in a fast-paced environment while maintaining accuracy and professionalism.
Previous dental front office experience is necessary. 

Schedule
Monday–Thursday, 7:15 AM to 5:00 PM (front office leaves when last patient leaves, scheduled no later than a 4 pm) 

Essential Skills (Must-Haves)

• Ability to multi-task efficiently and stay organized

• Proficiency in treatment planning dental procedures

• Ability to create, review, and present financial arrangements to patients

• Strong communication, customer service, and patient-relations skills

• High attention to detail and professionalism

• Experience with Dentrix software (required)

Key Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service to patients, visitors, and team members

• Greet patients, manage check-in/check-out, and maintain smooth patient flow

• Schedule appointments, manage phone calls, and assist with patient inquiries

• Verify insurance information and maintain accurate patient records

• Maintain strict adherence to infection control and safety protocols

• Collaborate with clinical and administrative teams to ensure seamless patient experiences
