Hiring - Hygiene Assistant/Sterile Tech

We are a large, well-established two-doctor dental practice searching for an experienced, professional Hygiene Assistant to become part of our team. As a fully paperless practice with a strong emphasis on efficiency and patient experience, we’re looking for someone who is comfortable with modern dental technology and committed to delivering high-quality care.

Position Requirements

• Proficiency in Dentrix — accurate charting and treatment planning is essential
• Experience with digital x-rays, intraoral cameras, and 3D scanners
• Minimum of 5 years of recent dental experience
• X-ray certification required
• Current CPR certification

Role Responsibilities

Our hygiene assistant works closely with both our hygiene team and back-office staff. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Stocking and organizing hygiene rooms and supplies
• Assisting with periodontal charting and x-rays
• Seating and dismissing patients
• Supporting protocols that keep the office efficient and running smoothly
• Sterilization, laundry, lab work, and general dental assisting as needed

Schedule & Benefits

This is a full-time, permanent position averaging 40 hours per week:
Monday–Thursday: 7:30 AM–4:00 PM
Friday: 7:00 AM–4:00 PM
