About us We are a pediatric and orthodontic office looking to add to our team. We are looking for someone with experience with Dental front office and insurance verification. We are looking for a motivated individual who is ready to grow with our office. Duties may include but not limited to: Answering high volume phone calls Presenting treatment plans Scheduling Greeting patients Insurance verifications Obtaining required forms / consents Scanning Voicemail / E-mail correspondence Co-payment collection Keeping the office presentable and clean Candidate MUST have previous dental front office experience ( 2 year +) PLEASE DO NOT APPLY IF YOU DO NOT HAVE DENTAL EXPERIENCE Previous experience with Open dental is a plus.
