Job Title: Dental Assistant ( Part-Time / Full-Time) Location: Clearwater Dentistry, Twin Falls, Idaho Wages: $15-$21 per hour (based on experience) + bonus compensation Job Description: Clearwater Dentistry is looking for a dedicated and compassionate Dental Assistant to join our growing team. Key Responsibilities: Prepare patients for treatments and procedures. Assist the dentist during exams and dental procedures. Sterilize and disinfect instruments and equipment. Take and develop dental X-rays. Maintain accurate patient records and charting. Educate patients on proper oral hygiene, post-operative care, and treatment plans. Manage dental supplies and ensure inventory is current. Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workspace. Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent required. Dental Assistant experience required. Dental Assistant Certification is a plus, but not required. Receptionist experience is a bonus, but not required. Spanish-speaking is a plus, but not required. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work well in a collaborative, team-oriented environment. Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
