Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) - Beverly Dental Center - Carrollton, TX

We are looking for an experienced RDA to help keep our office running efficiently. We are a fast-paced private office therefore time management skills are necessary. You must be a self-starter and have attention to detail. You must have a genuine interest in caring for patients and addressing their concerns kindly and patiently. You'll perform basic dental duties in collaboration with your fellow assistants. Teamwork and a friendly attitude are key. Requirements Registered Dental Assistant license High school diploma CPR certification (current) X-ray license Able to perform all RDA functions 2+ years experience Responsibilities Select and set up instruments, equipment and materials needed per patient case Assist chairside Expose X-rays Sterilize instruments Disinfect and turn-over operatories Keep dental ops clean and well-stocked Help maintain office inventory Carry out lab tasks (pouring stone and trimming models) Provide post-operative care instructions Maintain accurate treatment records Skills Proven experience as dental assistant (2+ years) Knowledge of dental instruments and sterilization methods Communication and social skills Time management skills Attention to detail Organizational skills Reliability Work Remotely No Job Type: Full-time Pay: $22.00 - $24.00 per hour Benefits: Employee discount Paid time off Experience: Dental assisting: 2 years (Required) Language: Spanish (Preferred) License/Certification: RDA License (Required) Work Location: In person
