Lakewood Hills Dental is a private practice serving the local communities in all aspects of dentistry. We are seeking to interview additional Experienced Dental Assistant for the office. You will play a crucial role in supporting our dental professionals and ensuring the best patient care. Payrate will depend upon dental skills, dental experiences and work schedule. Responsibilities Include: - Assist dentists during examinations and treatment procedures. - Prepare treatment rooms for patient appointments. - Take and develop X-rays as needed. - Maintain accurate patient records by documenting information accurately in dental records. - Provide chair-side assistance to dentists during dental procedures. - Educate patients on proper oral hygiene practices. - Sterilize dental instruments and equipment. - Manage inventory and supplies within the dental office. - Collaborate with the dental team to ensure efficient workflow. Experience: - Proven experience working with dental imaging techniques, including X-rays. - Proficiency in dental terminology and documentation. - Familiarity with dentistry practices is a plus. - Knowledge of general dentistry procedures and systems. - Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
