Smiley Dental is seeking a skilled Dental Assistant / RDA to help us provide outstanding patient care. This key role ensures our practice runs smoothly and supports our mission of delivering high-quality dental services. Key Responsibilities: Maintain cleanliness and readiness of all treatment areas. Collaborate with dentists to review patient treatments and assist during procedures. Greet and seat patients, take vital signs, review medical histories, and provide clear instructions. Take accurate x-rays and prepare instruments, trays, and lab cases for daily procedures. Sterilize instruments and treatment areas in line with safety standards. Follow OSHA protocols and uphold office policies. Qualifications: Passionate about serving patients and supporting a team environment. Strong verbal communication and listening skills. Energetic, adaptable, and able to thrive in a fast-paced setting. Highly organized with attention to detail and sound judgment. Proficient in computer use; dental or orthodontic knowledge is a plus.
