Our company, Midwest Orthodontics/1st Family Dental, is a rapidly expanding multi-specialty office is seeking to add an additional Orthodontic Treatment Coordinator. Responsibilities: – Provide patients with proposed treatment plans and cost estimates. – Schedule new appointments and maintain treatment schedule. – Answer orthodontic related phone calls and questions. – Coordinate orthodontic services with other dental and medical service Education/experience requirements: – Education or experience in sales/business is a MUST – Experience in dental/orthodontic field is a MUST – Excellent communication skills – Travel is required Weekday office hours are generally 10 AM - 7 PM. Saturday availability (generally 8/9am - 2/3pm) is required.
