Led by Dr. Brad Weiss and Dr. Deborah Barker, our team uses state-of-the-art equipment, including CEREC same-day crown technology and an in-house lab to deliver efficient, high-quality dentistry. Benefits for the Dental Hygienist: Health insurance Employee dental work 401(k)/IRA retirement plan Paid time off Paid holidays 1 hour lunch period Training on-site CE credit reimbursement Uniform reimbursement Paid parking Mentorship Schedule for the Dental Hygienist: Monday: 7:00 AM - 4:30 PM Tuesday: 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM Wednesday: 7:00 AM - 4:30 PM Thursday: 7:00 AM - 4:30 PM Friday: 7:30 AM - 1:00 PM Responsibilities and Requirements of the Dental Hygienist: Apply sealants, administer anesthetic, and CPR certified Perform comprehensive oral health evaluations, including reviewing patients’ medical and dental histories Clean teeth, removing plaque, tartar, and surface stains Administer fluoride treatments and apply dental sealants as needed Educate patients on effective oral hygiene practices, including brushing, flossing, and dietary guidance Take and interpret dental X-rays and intraoral photos Provide periodontal care, including scaling and root planing Screen for oral diseases, including oral cancer, and discuss findings with patients Maintain accurate and thorough patient records while ensuring compliance with dental regulations Stay informed on the latest advancements in dental hygiene and incorporate best practices Provide oral hygiene guidance for patients with special needs or chronic conditions Use EagleSoft (or relevant dental software) for documentation, charting, treatment planning, and scheduling Collaborate as a team player with a strong focus on patient-centered care Job Types: Full-time, Part-time Pay: $50.00 - $60.00 per hour Benefits: Continuing education credits Dental insurance Employee discount Flexible schedule Free parking Health insurance Paid sick time Paid time off Uniform allowance Work Location: In person
