Dental Assistant Part-time position 1 day per week Friday 8:30a-5p Salary: $29.00-32.00/hour Glen Cove, NY *Occasional coverage in either our Bethpage or Hauppauge locations* CHARLES EVANS CENTER, INC. We are currently seeking a Dental Assistant who can communicate professionally with our patients and their caregivers and is comfortable working in a fast-paced dental environment. You need to be highly organized, have a strong customer service background and a welcoming/friendly demeanor. In this position, you will: Perform chair-side dental assisting. Assist in maintenance of equipment, supplies and overall clinical facility. Perform dental lab procedures. Assist with appointment confirmations and other clerical responsibilities. We require: NYS Dental Assistant certification. 2 years dental assistant experience, preferred. Prior experience working with I/DD patients. We look forward to talking with you! An EOE m/f/d/v.
