Description We are seeking a Dental Assistant/Floor Runner to join our friendly practice in Riverdale, NY on an interim base, leading to a permanent position. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting the dentist and the head assistant ensuring the smooth operation of the dental office. Job duties include: Greet patients and visitors with a welcoming demeanor Assist dentist with all dental procedures Set up operatories and clean up Take digital x-rays Sterilize instruments Schedule patient appointments and manage the dental office's calendar Maintain patient records and ensure accurate documentation Perform clerical duties such as filing, scanning and date entry Schedule: Monday to Friday Experience: Dental assisting: 1 year (Preferred) Work Location: In person Salary $18 - $28 per hour
