Overview We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Registered Dental Assistant to join our team Monday - Thursday 8:00 am till 5:00 pm. The ideal candidate will possess a strong foundation in dental assisting, including chairside support, infection control, and medical documentation. Experience with Dentrix is highly valued. The successful candidate will demonstrate excellent communication skills and attention to details. Responsibilities Assist dentists during various procedures using four-handed dentistry techniques to ensure efficiency and patient comfort. Prepare treatment rooms with necessary instruments and supplies, maintaining aseptic technique and infection control standards. Take X-rays. Educate patients on dental procedures, post-treatment care, and oral hygiene practices. Experience Familiarity with Dentrix is preferred. Experience working in general dentistry environments is highly desirable. Certification in X-ray operation and proficiency in taking intraoral images. Knowledge of infection control practices, aseptic techniques, and anatomy relevant to dental procedures. Ability to perform chairside assisting efficiently while maintaining high standards of patient care.
