Position Overview: We are looking for an energetic, compassionate, and detail-oriented Dental Hygienist with strong clinical judgement and experience in periodontal care. The ideal candidate is a proactive team player who is confident in diagnosing conditions within the hygienistâs scope, motivated to educate patients, and passionate about elevating their oral health experience. Key Responsibilities Provide high-quality preventive and therapeutic dental hygiene services under the supervision of the dentist. Perform comprehensive periodontal therapy, including scaling and root planning, periodontal charting, and maintenance appointments. Take, process, and evaluate digital X-rays using advanced imaging technology. Apply protective treatments such as fluoride and dental sealants. Conduct thorough patient assessments, including medical history reviews and oral cancer screenings. Effectively communicate diagnoses, treatment needs, and oral health education in a compassionate and motivating manner. Collaborate with the dental team to develop and document individualized treatment plans. Maintain meticulous records of patient care in accordance with practice and regulatory standards. Ensure all infection control and sterilization protocols are followed in a state-of-the-art clinical environment. Contribute to a welcoming, patient-focused atmosphere with a high level of professionalism and empathy. Qualifications Active Dental Hygienist license (state-specific). Experience in periodontal treatment required; advanced perio training preferred. Strong diagnostic skills and clinical confidence. Excellent communication, patient rapport, and chairside manner. High energy, positive attitude, and a genuine passion for patient care. Proficiency with digital radiography and modern dental software.
