Working Hours We start early two days each week to accommodate working professionals. Tue 8:30am – 4:30pm Wed 7:30am – 4:30pm Thu 6:30am – 3:30pm RDA Position Overview We are seeking a permanent Dental Surgical Assistant (RDA) who Has extensive experience with advanced surgical procedures Prioritizes patient care Embodies confidence with an enthusiastic and professional attitude Enjoys collaborating in a 5-person clinical team Shares our practice values The Role In addition to applying your clinical skills, you’re a great fit for our team if you’re able to: Assist our restorative dentist with advanced general and prosthodontic procedures Ensure each patient’s comfort before, during, and after dental treatments Conduct post-operative patient evaluations and follow-up care Collaborate with the dental team with proficiency and a cheerful attitude What you Bring Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) certification 5+ years of experience in surgical dentistry Proficiency with dental radiographs, Dentrix software and wet impressions as needed Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to work effectively in a team environment A genuine passion for dentistry A commitment to providing high-quality patient care Our Clinical Team Dr. Deborah K.
