Permanent Dental Hygienist Job in Brooklyn, NY
Pay: $45+/hr based on experience LaSante Health Center is seeking a skilled Dental Hygienist to support patients in achieving and maintaining optimal oral health. Collaborating closely with Dentists, the ideal candidate will ensure comprehensive care and promote overall dental well-being. Responsibilities : · Comfort patients and maintain calm during examinations and treatments · Conduct mouth screenings and review oral health history · Educate patients on proper dental care and dietary impact on oral health · Perform X-rays, dental impressions, and radiograph development · Sterilize dental instruments and equipment · Remove plaque, clean teeth, and prevent gum disease · Collect medical and dental histories · Assist Dentist in all aspects of dental care Qualifications : · Dental Hygienist experience · License/Certification: GDC Registration (required) · Comforting bedside manner Pay: From $45.00 per hour Expected hours: 40 per week Benefits: Dental insurance Health insurance Life insurance Paid time off Retirement plan Vision insurance Application Question(s): Are you available Mon-Fri from 9-5?
