We are seeking a full time orthodontic assistant who is an experienced, energetic and detail oriented individual to join our team at Stroede Orthodontics. We are a well-established practice with 3 locations in south Johnson County. We pride ourselves on providing excellent service to our patients. The ideal candidate will have clinical orthodontic assisting experience. All candidates must have clinical orthodontic assisting experience. You must be reliable, self-motivated, and professional. Responsibilities for an orthodontic assistant include but are not limited to: taking impressions, bonding and removing braces, bonding and removing Invisalign attachments, fitting bands, changing arch wires, educating patient on oral hygiene, communicating with patients and parents, making Essix retainers, placing fixed retainers, computer charting, and sterilization.
