We're seeking an experienced Front Desk professional to join our expanding team. What We’re Looking For: Minimum 1 year of dental front desk experience Knowledge of clinical dentistry, front office administration, NC Medicaid, dental insurance, billing, and collections Strong scheduling experience for patients and providers Exceptional customer service and multitasking skills A positive, professional, and team-oriented attitude Dentrix experience, or bilingual (English/Spanish) skills are a plus What You'll Do: Welcome and assist patients in a friendly, professional manner Manage phone calls, messages, and appointment scheduling Maintain accurate patient records and update systems as needed Support billing and insurance processes Ensure the front desk is clean, organized, and welcoming Deliver excellent customer service and resolve patient inquiries promptly What We Offer: Pay: $19–$23/hour, based on experience Benefits: medical, dental, vision, life, 401(k), PTO Flexible scheduling with multiple locations Growth opportunities for leadership Schedule: Monday – Friday Daytime Hours 8-Hour Shifts
