Overview We are seeking a motivated Dental Assistant/Floater with a valid x-ray certificate to join our dental team. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys variety, teamwork, and supporting both clinical and administrative functions. Responsibilities Oversee all sterilization and infection-control protocols to maintain a safe, efficient clinical environment Float between front and back office duties as needed. Assist chairside when required. Take dental x-rays (x-ray certificate required) Support patient flow and help ensure a smooth, welcoming experience for every patient. Perform general office tasks, scheduling support, and patient communication when working at the front desk Requirements Current x-ray certification Dental Assistant experience preferred, but willing to train the right candidate Strong attention to detail, organization, and communication Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a busy office Positive attitude and team oriented approach This position is integral to providing high-quality dental care while supporting the overall efficiency of our practice.
