Position Overview We are seeking a friendly, skilled, and detail-oriented Part-Time Dental Hygienist to join our team. The ideal candidate is patient-focused, gentle, and passionate about oral health education. You will play an essential role in the patient experience and in supporting our dentist with high-quality clinical care. Responsibilities Perform thorough prophylaxis, periodontal maintenance, and scaling/root planing Take and interpret digital X-rays in accordance with state requirements Conduct periodontal charting and oral cancer screenings Educate patients on oral hygiene, prevention, and treatment plans Maintain accurate patient records and update medical histories Sterilize and maintain hygiene instruments and operatory Collaborate with the dentist and team to deliver exceptional patient care Follow all safety, infection control, and OSHA guidelines Qualifications Current California RDH license CPR/BLS certification Experience with digital X-rays and modern dental technology Strong communication and patient education skills A friendly, professional, and reliable attitude New grads are welcome to apply Schedule & Hours Part-time hours; final schedule will be discussed during the interview based on candidate availability and practice needs.
