We are looking for a skilled dental assistant to join our team at a one-dentist , two-hygienist practice where teamwork and customer service are at the heart of everything we do. Responsibilities: - Assist the Hygienist during appointments - Sterilize dental instruments , prepare treatment room and equipment, and maintain treatment room cleanliness - Be available and knowledgeable to assist patients and their families after visit - Open to learning new procedures and the way technology plays apart - Prepare and maintain patient records, including updating medical histories and documenting treatments - Educate patients on proper oral hygiene techniques after procedures - Assist with maintaining inventory of dental supplies and adding items to the order list as needed -Must possess the willingness to take ownership of your area and strong follow through Experience: - Previous experience as a Dental Assistant is preferred with at minimum 1 year of chair side experience - Knowledge of medical terminology, infection control protocols, and medical record management -Strong communication and interpersonal skills -Must possess a positive attitude - Familiarity with patient assessment systems and anatomy - Proficiency in using dental software systems, such as Dentrix, iTero scanner, Cerec Milling Machine are all helpful Benefits: -Competitive Salary -Supportive and collaborative work environment -Opportunity for professional development and growth If you are a team player with a passion for dental care and delivering exceptional customer service, we would love to hear from you!
